Pure Dutch and Cross Dutch REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE
(U.S. FUNDS ONLY)
Postmarked before 6 months of age $35
Postmarked between 6-12 months of age $50
Postmarked after 12 months of age $65
Postmarked after 24 months of age $115
· All fees must accompany registration paperwork. If registration
paperwork is submitted without fees, the unprocessed paperwork will be returned and new fees will apply upon resubmission.
· When the owner of the dam at the time of foaling is not placing the
foal in their name, We charge an additional $35 transfer fee, in
addition to the applicable registration fee.
· If registration paperwork is canceled, a $10 processing fee will be retained.
TRANSFER FEE
Transfer of recorded ownership $ 35
· Transfers ownership for Pure Dutch and Cross Dutch Certificate of Registration.
· If one or more intervening owners (any legal owner who did not transfer the Certificate of Registration into their name) are
involved, We charge an additional $35. A Bill of Sale from each intervening owner shall be required, and any alteration on the transfer portion of the Certificate must be fully explained and
verified by all parties involved.

Rush Service
2-Day processing, Federal Express/Airborne Standard Overnight $65
7-Day processing, Priority Mail or Registered (Canadian addresses) $30
· All fees, completed forms, and required documentation must be submitted to ensure work can be rushed within the 2 or 7 working day time frame. RUSH fee applies to each item requested and must be clearly marked RUSH, including outside of envelope.
